Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand and success rate of our therapies, appointment times are extremely limited. I have to trust that my clients are respectful of other clients wanting to book a treatment and do expect them to meet their allotted appointment time.

Just like any other business overheads and expenses have to be paid, therefore, if clients do not turn up and pay for their treatments, financial losses are incurred and I am unable to meet my obligations.

As a courtesy to clients waiting for appointments and for me to try fill cancelled appointments a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. A cancellation fee of 25% less than 48 hours notice; and 50% less than 24 hours notice will now be charged.

Evening Appointments

Due to the very high demand for evening appointments a £10 premium is applied to all appointments after 4.30pm.

A deposit of £25 required to secure any appointment, by online payment, cash or cheque 48 hours prior to your appointment.
